Owing to their exclusive nature and the fact that they are made to order in many cases, L’Izzura products may be subject to delivery times depending on their characteristics.
We are committed to delivering the items in the shortest possible time. By way of a guideline, our delivery time for articles of clothing is from 7 to 10 days – from 7 to 15 days in the case of accessories and cosmetics.
If your order is for luxury jewellery, we shall inform you of the delivery time within 24 hours following receipt of your order.
As soon as we have your order ready, we shall then proceed to dispatch it via courier service to ensure a safe delivery on time.
For orders delivered within Spain, the shipment service selected is Nacex. If you place the order from another country, delivery will be via DHL.
We provide you with the dispatch reference so that you can monitor your order via the website of the courier service. If you wish, L’Izzura can also send you an SMS, informing you about the delivery date at your address.
Dispatch and preparation costs vary according to the weight, volume and fragility of the order. These costs include logistics preparation expenses for your package.
The amount of these costs is set by the haulage company used. L’Izzura maintains an agreement with the previously-mentioned haulage companies so as to be able to offer you the best rates.
You may cancel an order via "My orders": select the corresponding order and choose the option "Cancel my order". This cancellation will take effect within a period of 24 hours.
We will send you an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
Please remember that an order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after it has been placed. You may check this date when monitoring your order. Once this period has elapsed, it will not be possible to cancel the order as, to comply with our delivery commitments, we have to start preparing the item of clothing or jewellery of your choice within the 24 hours following receipt of the order.
You have 7 days following receipt of your package to inform us of your intention to return it; you will have a period of 10 days from the time you obtain the return documentation to send us the package. If you send your package outside the periods established, L’Izzura reserves the right to reject the item returned.
